Costs
All orders over €35 will be shipped free of charge!
For all other orders to Germany the shipping costs are € 3,99 and €5,99 for Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands.
Delivery Times & Carrier
After receipt of payment your package will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. This means that, on average, you will receive your order within 2-4 working days in Germany and 3-5 working days in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands.
Orders to Germany are shipped by DHL, which means that they can be delivered at a “Packstation”.
Orders to other countries are shipped with GLS as standard.
For The Netherlands, Austria, and Belgium, we also offer the option to choose DHL shipping at checkout instead of our standard shipping with GLS. Additional shipping costs apply for this option. The exact amount depends on the country and will be shown at checkout.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Returns
You can return any order within 14 days after receiving it and receive a full refund of the products. Here, the following conditions apply:
- Returns are free of charge if your order total was over €35. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return costs.
- You use the return label provided by us.
- We can only accept products that are unused, are undamaged, and are in their original packaging. This holds especially for the protective film on the inside of a goggles lens that must not be removed from the lens.
